The Challenge
To elevate the brand’s overall image by rebranding Nina hotel’s lower-class dining establishments into upscale fine dining restaurants.
The Solution
Concept Development: To support the hotel’s intended marketing positioning as a top destination for exquisite dining, a new dining concept was created.
Business development: To provide an outstanding fine dining experience, a complete overhaul of the dining areas was examined. Offering with greater profit were also featured with the goal to increase the hotel’s revenue.
Brand Building: To establish Nina Hotel as the premier location for fine dining an elaborate advertising strategy was put into place to promote the new dining experience. Furthermore, the restaurant’s areas were revamped to showcase an exceptional and distinctive menu tailored to a certain clientele.
Menu Development: Curated a sophisticated and diverse menu featuring high quality, upscale cuisine to cater to the target audience.
The Results
Nina Hotel was anticipated to achieve three primary objectives: a stronger brand image that would solidify the company’s market positioning; a rise in revenue growth from increased patronage; and the expectation that the hotel would stand out from its competitors through offering unique dining experiences.
